Processing Time Please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to process, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. We are a small operation dedicated to quality, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Estimates Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates and begin after the processing window. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

Carriers To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery for your specific location, we reserve the right to select the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) at the time of shipping.

Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is generated.

Damages & Issues If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging (tube/box) and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival.
